Digital delivery
We sell digital services only. There is no shipping, physical return, or export process.
- Software access begins after account creation or successful payment.
- Podcast briefings are delivered to the private feed connected to a Hilo account.
- Membership access is activated after the membership provider confirms payment.
- Coaching and event purchasers receive next steps and scheduling information by email.
If a paid digital service is not delivered as described, email us and we will restore access, redeliver it, or refund the affected purchase.
Refunds and cancellations
Comovamos
New Comovamos Pro subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of the initial Pro charge for a full refund. After that period, cancel in the billing portal to stop renewal; Pro remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Hilo
Cancel from Hilo’s billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next payment and the paid plan remains active through the current billing period. A failed briefing or paid service that was not delivered as described is refundable. Hilo’s refund and cancellation policy has the complete product-specific terms.
OscarSwanros.com membership
Cancel through the membership account page to stop renewal. Access continues through the paid period. Completed membership periods are not automatically refunded, but duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and service failures are reviewed and refunded when appropriate.
1:1 coaching
The first two calls are a trial. If the client stops before the third call, the one-payment option receives an $800 USD refund; on the monthly option, no next charge is made. The published coaching terms explain timing and eligibility.
Workshops and masterclasses
The purchase page states the date, format, price, capacity, and any event-specific cancellation terms. If we cancel an event, purchasers receive a full refund. If a purchaser cannot attend, the terms shown at checkout apply.
Charge questions and disputes
If a charge looks unfamiliar or a service did not arrive, contact us first at contact@atrialballoon.com. We can identify the product, explain the charge, correct a billing error, and process an eligible refund. Contacting us does not limit any right you have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks normally take 5–10 business days to display a Stripe refund.
